Senior Network System Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise
Overview
Lead network solution sales and support in Raleigh region. Design and deliver technical proposals while collaborating with Territory Managers. This remote/teleworker role requires on-site client visits weekly. Drive solution adoption across campus and distributed branches.
What You'll Do11
- 1Manage account and partner responsibilities within assigned territory
- 2Provide optimal hardware software and service combinations for complex customer needs
- 3Develop bids proposals and presentations using specific technical solutions
- 4Deliver technical presentations to customers partners and prospects
- 5Manage channel partners to generate demand and drive business growth
- 6Maintain sales pipeline and forecasts aligned with regional goals
- 7Prepare detailed product specifications and design documents for implementations
- 8Build proof of concept based on customer requirements
- 9Consult with stakeholders on product capability assessments
- 10Qualify opportunities and convert leads through proactive sales support
- 11Assist sales staff with application assessment and product demonstrations
Requirements10
- 15+ years infrastructure engineering experience with Aruba or Juniper networking platforms
- 2Extensive routing switching and networking security background
- 3NAC experience with ClearPass ISE Cloud NAC or similar platforms
- 4Wireless design deployment troubleshooting CWNA CWDP CWSP certifications preferred
- 5Campus Access Professional certification highly preferred
- 6Strong oral and written communication skills with customer focus
- 7Ability to interface with senior internal/external organizations
- 8Experience qualifying opportunities and converting leads in teleworker environment
- 9Proven track record supporting pre-sales technical needs
- 10Knowledge of HPE Networking solutions delivering business value

$146 - $343k per year
