Overview
You will own the mobile CI/CD pipeline for a high-traffic iOS and Android app, serving millions of users. You will join a platform team of 8 engineers, collaborating with AWS, Fastlane, and GitHub Actions. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will drive automation to cut release cycles by 50%. What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Fastlane and GitHub Actions for iOS and Android builds.
- 2Design automated testing strategies integrated with XCTest and Espresso to reduce manual QA effort.
- 3Own the app distribution process via TestFlight and Google Play internal tracks.
- 4Scale the monitoring stack with Crashlytics and Firebase Performance to alert on regressions.
- 5Drive migration of legacy build scripts to Docker-based containers for reproducible builds.
- 6Debug build failures and optimize build times by 30% within the first quarter.
- 7Implement code signing and provisioning automation using match and fastlane actions.
- 8Collaborate with developers to enforce Swift and Kotlin code quality gates in CI.
- 9Ship a beta release to internal testers every sprint using Firebase App Distribution.
Requirements8
- 15+ years in DevOps or mobile engineering with a focus on CI/CD.
- 23+ years hands-on with Fastlane and GitHub Actions.
- 32+ years with AWS services: CodeBuild, S3, Lambda.
- 4Proficiency with Docker and container orchestration in Kubernetes.
- 5Experience with Xcode and Android Studio build systems.
- 62+ years scripting in Bash or Python.
- 7Familiarity with TestFlight, App Store Connect, and Google Play Console.
