What You'll Do8
- 1Build and ship new Android features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, ensuring high performance and maintainability.
- 2Design modularized code architectures that scale across multiple product lines.
- 3Integrate REST APIs with Retrofit and OkHttp, implementing caching and secure storage for offline-first experiences.
- 4Lead testing and debugging efforts, writing unit and UI tests to deliver bug-free releases.
- 5Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and Google Play Store deployments.
- 6Profile and optimize app performance using tools like Profiler and Systrace.
- 7Develop iOS features using Swift and Objective-C, maintaining parity across platforms.
- 8Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive UIs.
Requirements9
- 13+ years in production Android development with Kotlin and Android SDK.
- 2Strong Jetpack Compose and Coroutines/Flow expertise.
- 3Experience with modern architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and modularized apps.
- 4Proven testing skills with JUnit, Espresso, or similar.
- 5Hands-on Retrofit/OkHttp integration, caching, and secure storage.
- 6CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, Bitrise) and Play Store releases.
- 7Android performance profiling and optimization.
- 8Swift and/or Objective-C development experience for iOS.
- 9Familiarity with iOS lifecycle and app store submission.
