Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology
- 23-5 years lab experience with hematology specialization
- 3ASCP-BOC certification preferred
- 4Proficiency with laboratory information systems
- 5Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- 6Experience with automated hematology analyzers
- 7Knowledge of blood banking and specimen collection
