What You'll Do11
- 1Partner across Commercial Product Engineering Operations and Centers of Excellence to align vertical growth strategies with enterprise capabilities
- 2Identify market customer and commercial opportunities assess capability gaps and translate business needs into scalable solutions
- 3Serve as strategic advisor on high-value opportunities positioning enterprise solutions addressing customer challenges
- 4Collaborate with Product and enterprise teams to support capability enhancements from concept through launch
- 5Analyze customer competitor and market trends influencing solution positioning targeting strategies and capability investments
- 6Drive adoption of enterprise capabilities standardizing approaches to improve consistency reduce fragmentation and maximize business impact
- 7Monitor and communicate progress of capability initiatives including prioritization timelines risks and outcomes to leadership
- 8Work up to 25% travel time
- 9Influence stakeholders and drive alignment in matrixed environments
- 10Support vertical growth strategies go-to-market execution and capability development initiatives
- 11Translate customer market and business needs into scalable solutions and capability priorities
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
- 2Minimum 7 years experience in sales account management commercial strategy product management operations solution design capability development
- 3Minimum 3 years experience partnering with cross-functional teams across Product Technology Operations Commercial or Centers of Excellence
- 4Ability to travel up to 25%
- 5Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment in matrixed environments
- 6Experience in transportation logistics supply chain or related industries
- 7Track record of translating customer market or business needs into scalable solutions and capability priorities
- 8Experience leading projects and cross-functional initiatives
