Overview

Lead HEOR programs to inform commercialization, clinical development, marketing, and market access at scale. Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop product value propositions and support reimbursement decisions. Oversee PRO strategy and integrate PRO endpoints into pivotal studies and regulatory filings. Deliver HEOR results to customers and regulators while advancing life‑cycle management.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and guide HEOR studies and models to demonstrate relative value and differentiate products
  • 2Design and deliver prospective and retrospective studies, real world data analyses, and budget impact analyses for immunology products
  • 3Develop and validate PRO endpoints and integrate PRO data into NDA/MAA dossiers and labeling
  • 4Publish and present HEOR findings to support reimbursement decisions across the portfolio
  • 5Collaborate with Alliance partners on HEOR plans, studies and deliverables
  • 6Report, publish and disseminate HEOR data in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • 7Oversee PRO strategies ensuring PRO endpoints appear in product labeling
  • 8Communicate effectively with Senior Management and external stakeholders
  • 9Identify evidence gaps and design studies to support life cycle management
  • 10Ensure alignment with global and regional HEOR strategies and programs

Requirements6

  • 1Advanced graduate degree (PhD, MS, or PharmD) in HEOR related field with at least 2 years post grad experience
  • 2For PharmD, 3+ years fellowship training or pharma/consulting HEOR experience required; For MS, at least 3 years experience
  • 3Strong technical expertise in design and conduct of HEOR studies and models
  • 4Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 5Ability to interact with and present to Senior Management
  • 6Experience in immunology therapeutic areas is a plus
