What You'll Do10
- 1Lead cross-functional teams and international affiliates to generate effective brand strategies and competitive readiness plans.
- 2Identify, analyze, and translate product, brand, customer, and patient information to frame and solve business problems.
- 3Direct research team efforts in primary research projects and understand healthcare business environments across international markets.
- 4Analyze financial and market results to optimize business plans; assist in developing annual plans and long-range plans.
- 5Monitor and lead international marketing programs within budgeted constraints while understanding financial performance.
- 6Develop and articulate marketing strategies that are executable, communicated, and clinically/financially supported.
- 7Segment markets, select optimal target audiences, and position effectively for each segment.
- 8Evaluate promotional tactic effectiveness (share impact/ROI) and efficiency (expense control).
- 9Lead projects to deliver high-quality work product in a timely fashion, meeting deadlines and commitments.
- 10Ensure regulatory and compliance guidelines are followed across all marketing activities.
Requirements10
- 13-5 years of oncology experience and proven track record in solid tumors.
- 2Multiple experiences in commercial pharmaceutical roles (Brand, Market Access, Sales, BD, NPD).
- 3Strong leadership competencies in influence management, gaining consensus, and leading through ambiguity.
- 4Expertise in interpersonal change management and culture change.
- 5Strong business writing and oral communication skills with presentation development experience.
- 6Outstanding social skills with emphasis on leadership, relationship development, and influence.
- 7Skilled in planning, project management, time management, and decision-making.
- 8Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting pharmaceutical products.
- 9Understanding of marketing concepts within strategic planning process and financial planning skills.
- 10Experience in product launches on an international level.
