Requirements10
- 1Master's degree in Instructional Design Education Learning Experience Design or related field
- 25 years of experience designing digital learning products with growing scope and complexity
- 3Proven track record working on cross functional teams to deliver complex projects
- 4Demonstrated ability to mentor or develop others
- 5Experience with agile iterative development environments
- 6Expertise in AI tools for content creation analysis and workflow optimization
- 7Strong collaboration communication and stakeholder management skills
- 8Bachelor's degree in a related field plus relevant professional experience
- 9Experience in competency based education or online higher education preferred
- 10Familiarity with Lieu of Education equivalent combinations may be considered
