What You'll Do11

  • 1Coordinate design execution and construction activities using BIM and design technology tools
  • 2Ensure compliance with design intent and jurisdictional code requirements
  • 3Produce comprehensive design and construction documentation
  • 4Maintain high-quality standards for personal and supervised work
  • 5Develop and enhance firm-wide BIM applications and processes
  • 6Participate in quality assurance reviews of technical documents
  • 7Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues
  • 8Manage project resources and schedules in coordination with project leadership
  • 9Advocate for health care sector specialization through research and material selection
  • 10Implement and enforce documentation standards aligned with Taylor Design office protocols
  • 11Drive continuous improvement in project coordination and delivery practices

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
  • 2Registered Architect in California
  • 310-14 years architectural industry experience
  • 4Strong Revit proficiency and Microsoft Office Suite mastery
  • 5Expert knowledge of CSI Master Format specifications
  • 6Healthcare or science technology domain experience preferred
  • 7Excellent communication and technical writing abilities
  • 8Proven leadership in complex project environments
  • 9Familiarity with construction documentation and project coordination methodologies
  • 10Commitment to collaborative problem-solving and innovative solutions
