Overview
NVIDIA seeks a creative engineer with expertise in boot software to join the SOC System Software organization. This role offers impact across automotive embedded and data center platforms driving AI growth. You will design and validate SOC & GPU Boot and Security software while collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape next-generation System-on-Chips.
What You'll Do4
- 1Design develop and validate SOC & GPU Boot and Security software across Automotive Embedded and Data Center platforms
- 2Participate actively in the new silicon lifecycle spanning pre-silicon simulation/emulation to silicon power-on bring-up phases
- 3Identify debug and resolve issues within the Boot stack ensuring detailed operation
- 4Collaborate closely with architecture software and hardware design teams to enhance the next generation of NVIDIA System-on-Chips
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 25+ years of proven experience in relevant roles
- 3Proficiency in bare-metal firmware development particularly with PCIE ACPI and ARM/RISC-V technologies
- 4Familiarity with computer system architecture microprocessors and microcontroller fundamentals caches buses DMA etc
- 5Expertise in C programming languages coupled with outstanding debugging skills
- 6Defensive security programming skills
