Overview

Own the deployment and integration of the Kovr AI Platform across cloud, hybrid, and on‑prem environments at scale. You will serve as the hands‑on bridge between customers and Kovr engineering, delivering secure, compliant deployments in IL2‑IL6 and DoD contexts. Work with DevSecOps toolchains, automate evidence collection, and configure RMF and ATO workflows to accelerate authorization. This role combines field engineering, integration, and technical leadership with a focus on enterprise and federal customers.

What You'll Do11

  • 1Build and deploy the Kovr AI Platform across cloud, hybrid, and on‑prem environments to meet IL2‑IL6 requirements
  • 2Develop and maintain integrations with customers' DevSecOps toolchains, CI/CD pipelines, and compliance workflows
  • 3Automate evidence collection, continuous monitoring, and RMF authorization processes including SSP generation and POA&M workflows
  • 4Write and maintain code and infrastructure as code (Terraform Helm) to provision platform components and integrations
  • 5Customize platform workflows and data pipelines to align with NIST 800‑53 FedRAMP CMMC RMF requirements
  • 6Troubleshoot complex deployment and integration issues on site or in classified environments
  • 7Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant operation and incident response
  • 8Lead onboarding and enablement for customer engineering teams to drive adoption and self‑sufficiency
  • 9Produce deployment guides, runbooks, and technical documentation for repeatable implementations
  • 10Translate customer needs into product requirements and feature requests
  • 11Serve as a technical bridge between customers and Kovr engineering teams

Requirements10

  • 1Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
  • 25+ years of software engineering or DevOps in enterprise or federal IT environments
  • 3Hands‑on experience deploying software across AWS GovCloud Azure Government GCP and hybrid/on‑prem
  • 4Strong proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Kubernetes Helm Terraform ArgoCD)
  • 5Proficiency in Python Go or Bash for building integrations and automation
  • 6Experience with API development and enterprise integration patterns
  • 7Experience deploying or operating software in classified or air‑gapped environments (IL2‑IL6)
  • 8Knowledge of NIST 800‑53 FedRAMP RMF FISMA CMMC ATO processes SSP development and continuous monitoring
  • 9Strong troubleshooting and communication skills bridging customers and product teams
  • 10Familiarity with LLM integration prompt engineering and RAG architectures (preferred)
