What You'll Do5

  • 1Build and analyze firmware binaries across CPU architectures to identify vulnerabilities and security gaps.
  • 2Design reverse engineering workflows to map hardware/software interfaces and document system behaviors.
  • 3Lead diagnostics of low-level systems to reproduce and verify vulnerabilities in controlled environments.
  • 4Ship firmware analysis reports that drive security patches and mitigation strategies for mission partners.
  • 5Own the end-to-end triage of embedded issues from discovery through validation and collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements5

  • 1Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline PLUS 5+ years of relevant experience
  • 2CS2 Level: 5+ years experience; CS3 Level: 10+ years experience
  • 3Strong C programming for low-level or embedded software systems development
  • 4Reverse engineering expertise on diverse CPU architectures and binary targets
  • 5Experience with disassembly tools in professional settings (e.g., Ghidra, IDA Pro, Binary Ninja)
