Overview
Lead financial leadership for US Home Improvement division driving value creation from strategy to execution. Partner with executives to develop long-range scenario models and recommend measurement plans. Manage a team of analysts to implement best practices and analyze performance drivers. What You'll Do11
- 1Manage a team of financial analysts to support business units and ensure best practices are implemented and analyzed
- 2Leverage Financial Centers of Expertise to provide insights for decision making risk identification and performance analysis
- 3Partner with SVPs and VPs to offer financial recommendations for effective resource allocation
- 4Prepare deliverables for senior management and the Board linking strategy to financial outcomes
- 5Research issues report findings suggest alternatives and improve processes
- 6Guide financial planning and forecasting using appropriate data elements for market and industry evaluation
- 7Coordinate with other finance areas to ensure projected outcomes align with business plans
- 8Select hire develop talent to build a productive workforce
- 9Oversee process building and enterprise score-carding to measure financial portfolio health
- 10Support development of long-range plan aggregating business unit plans and modeling scenarios
- 11Drive cross-functional initiatives in large retailer environment
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in business finance accounting or equivalent experience
- 27 years finance or analytical role
- 32 years strategic financial modeling
- 43 years leading people directly or indirectly
- 5Experience with Microsoft Office tools
- 6Master’s degree preferred in relevant field
- 73 years financial analysis accounting modeling and strategy consulting
- 8Advanced data modeling skills including regression clustering analysis
- 9Cross-functional leadership experience
- 10Large retailer background
- 11Fortune 500 company experience
