Requirements11
- 15+ years experience as a Field Service Engineer in technical customer service roles
- 23-5 seasons of relevant industry experience preferred
- 3Medical Robotics or similar domain expertise required
- 4Bachelor’s degree in science or biomedical engineering
- 5Certification such as CPC Card or AWS Certified preferred
- 6Proficiency in MS Office and quality/reliability engineering principles
- 7Ability to make informed decisions supporting business objectives
- 8Strong presentation and teaching skills for classroom environments
- 9Knowledge of GMP and ISO standards
- 10Physical ability to sit, climb, and perform light manual tasks
- 11Capacity to lift up to 25 pounds periodically
