What You'll Do9
- 1Build and strengthen privacy governance processes across the enterprise to reduce risk and improve compliance outcomes
- 2Design and implement privacy controls and data handling procedures in collaboration with first-line partners
- 3Lead incident response and data subject request workflows to ensure timely, compliant resolutions
- 4Scale privacy program capabilities by integrating privacy into product development and data lifecycle management
- 5Drive risk assessments, audits, and metrics to demonstrate program effectiveness
- 6Partner with legal, security, and compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into actionable controls
- 7Mentor junior privacy professionals and evangelize privacy-by-design across projects
- 8Develop and maintain privacy documentation, policies, and training materials
- 9Monitor evolving regulations and industry best practices to keep the program current

- 1Over a decade of privacy program experience within financial institutions
