Senior Electrical Engineer Healthcare P2S
Overview
Lead and support all phases of engineering projects for healthcare facilities at P2S|CMTA. Design electrical systems and prepare construction estimates while managing budgets and mentoring junior engineers. This role differs by focusing exclusively on healthcare projects within a hybrid work model.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and lead engineering initiatives from proposal through construction completion
- 2Design power single line and riser diagrams low voltage and medium voltage infrastructure
- 3Perform feasibility studies and coordinate design schedules with multidisciplinary teams
- 4Prepare schematic designs and ensure compliance with NEC and Energy Standards
- 5Conduct QAQC for electrical designs and collaborate on net zero energy projects
- 6Manage project budgets and drive electrical equipment replacement for substations and panels
- 7Utilize CAD/BIM standards and coordinate with mechanical plumbing and telecom disciplines
- 8Apply knowledge of healthcare codes and standards to create sustainable electrical solutions
- 9Drive business development efforts and lead projects from concept to construction
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor`s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification preferred
- 410+ years electrical design experience in healthcare or commercial buildings
- 5Familiarity with NEC AutoCAD ETAP/SKM Revit and California Building Code
- 6Strong understanding of healthcare codes and LEED accreditation preferred
- 7Ability to lead projects from concept through construction
Salary Insight
$150 - $190k per year
