This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on operations, reporting to the Executive Director. Former college and pro players, and elite club coaches, will thrive here.

What You'll Do9

  • 1Lead the Colorado Program for grades 6-11, ensuring consistent standards across all teams
  • 2Expand the Northern Colorado region through strategic partnerships and community engagement
  • 3Recruit and mentor coaches, driving professional development through regular evaluations
  • 4Recruit talented athletes and oversee player development pathways, including clinics and camps
  • 5Coordinate practice schedules, facility usage, and tournament participation for seamless operations
  • 6Guide families through the college recruiting process, building relationships with college coaches nationwide
  • 7Grow middle school and high school programming, identifying new opportunities to strengthen impact
  • 8Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term organizational planning and growth
  • 9Build a culture of accountability and excellence, fostering continuous improvement among staff and players

Requirements9

  • 13-5 years of coaching, program management, or sports administration experience
  • 2Demonstrated success leading coaches, staff, or large youth sports programs
  • 3Strong knowledge of youth basketball, player development, and team operations
  • 4Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • 5Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities, including evenings and weekends
  • 6Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • 7Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent coaching and leadership experience
  • 8Willingness to travel as required for games, tournaments, and recruiting events
  • 9Preference for NCAA collegiate or professional playing/coaching experience
