Senior Director Federal Partnerships
Overview
Strategic leader responsible for driving growth and operational excellence within Acuative's Federal business. This executive oversees the largest Federal channel AT&T and expands across all Federal channels. The role influences without direct authority and establishes best practices across functional groups.
What You'll Do16
- 1Develop and execute the strategic growth plan for Acuative's Federal business
- 2Drive revenue retention and expansion through proactive customer engagement
- 3Build trusted executive relationships with Federal customers and partners
- 4Establish governance processes and measurement systems for the Federal portfolio
- 5Implement industry best practices for Federal and government customers
- 6Partner with Sales Operations and Service Delivery to deliver consistent customer experiences
- 7Coach and influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
- 8Monitor customer health and develop mitigation plans to protect revenue
- 9Lead regular business reviews with customers and internal leadership
- 10Ensure alignment between customer expectations and operational capabilities
- 11Develop reporting dashboards and performance metrics for operational and financial success
- 12Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across Federal programs
- 13Design and implement a formal Net Promoter Score program for Federal customers
- 14Develop standardized operating procedures for Federal program management
- 15Align customer priorities with internal operational execution
- 16Support strategic planning and growth initiatives across all Federal channels
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent professional experience
- 210+ years of progressive leadership experience in Federal sales or account management
- 3Demonstrated experience managing large Federal customers or government-focused channel partners
- 4Strong understanding of Federal contracting environments and customer requirements
- 5Proven ability to profitably grow revenue while improving customer satisfaction
- 6Exceptional executive communication and relationship-building skills
- 7Ability to travel as needed to customers and partner locations
- 8Experience working with telecommunications or managed services organizations
- 9Familiarity with Voice of the Customer and Net Promoter Score methodologies
- 10Experience implementing governance frameworks and operational excellence programs
- 11Preferred experience with AT&T Federal programs or similar strategic channel partnerships
