Senior DevOps Lead, Multi-Cloud Delivery & AI-First Infrastructure
Overview
Azure, AWS, GCP, and OCI expertise at scale in an AI-first cloud marketplace environment. Own and extend the automated delivery pipeline powering marketplace publishing across four hyperscalers. Lead a lean team, provide technical direction, and maintain platform autonomy with emphasis on reliability and compliance. This role combines hands-on engineering with architectural leadership in a high-velocity, AI-enabled setting.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build and own the end-to-end automated marketplace publishing pipeline across Azure, AWS, OCI, and GCP
- 2Extend, maintain, and adapt the CI/CD, build, test, and submission workflows for marketplace solutions
- 3Monitor performance, ensure platform specifications and compliance, and respond to hyperscaler policy changes
- 4Provide day-to-day technical direction to the Azure Cloud Specialist and collaborate with Product Manager on deployment timing
- 5Analyze infrastructure issues and adapt automation to sustain efficiency at scale
- 6Document operational processes and procedures for knowledge transfer and team growth
- 7Stay current with hyperscaler updates, certifications, and marketplace requirements across all four platforms
Requirements10
- 15+ years of DevOps or cloud infrastructure experience
- 2Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
- 4Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-native deployment
- 5Scripting skills in Python or Bash
- 6AI literacy and comfort working in AI-first environments and using AI-assisted development tools
- 7Microsoft Azure certification (AZ-104 Administrator Associate or AZ-400 DevOps Engineer Expert)
- 8AWS certification (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator)
- 9OCI/GCP certifications preferred (OCI certifications via Oracle University)
- 10Experience managing multi-cloud environments across two or more hyperscalers
