- 7Collaborate with engineers to productionize models
- 8Identify patterns in user and market data
- 9Establish best practices for experimentation and data quality
- 10Mentor other data scientists and raise technical standards
- 11Help shape the company’s data strategy and analytical roadmap
Requirements10
- 15+ years of experience in data science applied statistics machine learning or related fields
- 2Strong proficiency in Python R SQL or similar analytical languages
- 3Experience with statistical modeling experimentation causal inference forecasting or predictive analytics
- 4Track record of influencing product strategy through data
- 5Ability to work with large complex datasets
- 6Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical findings
- 7Experience developing production-ready analytical systems
- 8Strong judgment regarding methodology measurement and uncertainty
- 9Preferred experience in venture-backed or rapidly scaling technology companies
- 10Advanced degree in relevant field may be preferred
