What You'll Do8
- 1Build and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for production systems
- 2Research and apply state-of-the-art AI methodologies including LLMs and transformers
- 3Lead AI strategy initiatives to identify innovation opportunities
- 4Develop scalable training and inference pipelines for AI applications
- 5Work closely with engineering data and product teams to integrate AI/ML solutions
- 6Optimize ML models for efficiency accuracy and scalability
- 7Ensure robust MLOps practices such as model monitoring and deployment automation
- 8Collaborate on AI/ML research publications patents and open-source contributions
Requirements11
- 1Passionate about developing cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning models
- 2Experience architecting scalable AI systems and leading technical teams
- 3Excited to push boundaries of AI research and apply to real-world challenges
- 4Expertise in Python and ML frameworks including TensorFlow PyTorch JAX Hugging Face Transformers
- 5Strong background in computer vision natural language processing generative AI or reinforcement learning
- 6Background in developing scalable AI pipelines data processing workflows and distributed training systems
- 7Familiarity with big data tools Apache Spark Kafka Hadoop and MLOps platforms MLflow TFX SageMaker
- 8Deep understanding of LLMs transformer architectures and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines
- 9Experience with model quantization fine-tuning and optimization techniques
- 10Strong knowledge of cloud environments AWS GCP Azure and containerization tools Docker Kubernetes
- 11Proven track record of technical leadership mentoring and driving AI innovation
Salary Insight
$170 - $270k per year
