What You'll Do11
- 1Design develop and deploy machine learning models from the ground up and in production
- 2Build scalable data pipelines for preprocessing feature engineering and model training
- 3Optimize and deploy AI models for real-time and batch processing
- 4Work closely with founders to align AI strategies with product and business goals
- 5Research and integrate state-of-the-art AI methodologies
- 6Develop and optimize RAG pipelines agent architectures and LLM-powered systems
- 7Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI roadmaps
- 8Lead AI research initiatives to solve complex business problems
- 9Implement MLOps practices using tools like MLflow and TFX
- 10Containerize solutions with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes
- 11Monitor and maintain model performance in production environments
Requirements9
- 1Passionate about building AI/ML models from the ground up and deploying them in production
- 2Excited about joining early-stage startups and working directly with founders
- 3Interested in shaping AI strategy and leading AI-powered product development
- 43+ years of experience in machine learning deep learning or applied AI
- 5Strong Python skills with frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or JAX
- 6Experience with big data tools Apache Spark Kafka Hadoop and MLOps platforms
- 7Familiarity with cloud environments AWS GCP or Azure and containerization tools Docker Kubernetes
- 8Proven ability to work in fast-paced startup environments
- 9Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
Salary Insight
$170 - $250k per year
