Overview
We seek a Senior Business Data Scientist to lead data-driven decisions at scale. This role owns user funnel mapping and propensity modeling while collaborating with Product to identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous environments and translates business challenges into actionable insights.
What You'll Do5
- 1Map user funnel and build metrics cohorts and dashboards for free trial and paid tiers to identify drop-off points
- 2Develop propensity models for conversion upgrade churn and expansion using SQL and Python
- 3Identify growth bets and collaborate with Product to ship initiatives across onboarding paywalls and pricing
- 4Establish north-star metrics and launch multivariate experiments for key product areas
- 5Translate business questions into structured analyses and strategic recommendations
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Economics Engineering or equivalent experience
- 25+ years in data science product analytics or related quantitative role
- 3Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation analysis and modeling
- 4Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and interpreting statistical significance
- 5Ability to build segmentation and predictive models for customer behavior
