What You'll Do11
- 1Define and implement success metrics for user acquisition engagement and retention flows within Adobe Stock's core pillar
- 2Develop and maintain dashboards aligned with business targets providing practical insights to Marketing and Product customers
- 3Lead independent data analytics initiatives with minimal mentorship from inception to delivery
- 4Build reusable data models and artifacts usable across the organization
- 5Partner with cross-functional teams to guide product improvements using data-driven direction
- 6Communicate complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences effectively
- 7Implement Growth Accounting dashboards to visualize user cohorts and retention metrics
- 8Define and model customer lifetime value and churn rates to develop optimization strategies
- 9Collaborate with engineering to integrate data solutions into existing platforms
- 10Automate reporting processes using SQL Python and cloud analytics tools
- 11Mentor junior analysts and foster a data-centric culture within the team
Requirements10
- 14+ years of Data Analyst experience
- 2Strong SQL expertise for complex querying and manipulation
- 3Proficiency with Python for data analysis and modeling
- 4Experience with Databricks or similar cloud-based analytics platforms
- 5Background in eCommerce analytics and A/B testing methodologies
- 6Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau
- 7Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform and related technologies
- 8Strong background in user journey and lifecycle metric analysis
- 9Experience with Adobe Stock-specific analytics challenges
- 10Ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal supervision
