Senior Data Analyst, Property & Casualty Insurance
Overview
You will own data analysis for Property & Casualty insurance systems, driving insights across Policy, Claims, and Billing. You will work onsite in Woodbridge, NJ, 4 days a week, with a team of data professionals. Your work will directly impact underwriting and claims decisions. This role requires deep P&C domain knowledge and a hands-on approach to complex SQL queries.

- 1Build and maintain SQL queries to extract data from relational databases for P&C insurance analysis.
- 2Analyze Policy, Claims, and Billing data to identify trends and anomalies for business stakeholders.
- 3Design data models to support reporting and analytics for P&C operations.
- 4Lead data quality initiatives across Policy, Claims, and Billing data sources.
- 5Collaborate with actuaries and underwriters to refine data requirements for P&C products.
- 6Present findings to leadership, translating complex data into clear business insights.
Requirements8
- 114+ years in data analysis or software development, with a focus on data.
- 210-15 years of experience in software development or data engineering.
- 3Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 4Recent experience in Property & Casualty insurance domain.
- 5Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database querying.
- 6Experience with Policy Administration, Claims, and Billing systems.
- 7Local candidates within a 1-hour drive of Woodbridge, NJ.
- 8Must pass an in-person interview (F2F).
