- 4Drive translation of complex technical regulatory requirements into clear language for diverse audiences
- 5Own procedure revisions establish writing standards and formatting conventions
- 6Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to align documentation with operational needs
- 7Analyze audit findings and regulatory changes to implement necessary documentation updates
- 8Verify documented processes accurately reflect actual system behaviors
- 9Support ENRA Compliance group in regulating processes and systems
- 10Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously in dynamic environments
- 11Promote adherence to corporate policies standards and ethics
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in Journalism Technical Communication English or related field with 4+ years technical writing experience
- 2Experience with Visio and process mapping tools
- 3Proven ability to manage concurrent documentation workloads under tight deadlines
- 4Familiarity with AWS and Kubernetes platforms
- 5Certification such as CPC Card BCBA or AWS Certified
