- 5Collaborate with care staff to integrate therapeutic arts into resident programs
- 6Scale workshop offerings based on enrollment demand
- 7Debug technical issues with online streaming platforms when needed
- 8Drive community engagement by organizing showcase events
- 9Own the end‑to‑end delivery of classes from scheduling to cleanup
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ceramic workshops with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading adult education programs
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4Experience with Wakefield senior centers
- 5Strong communication skills and passion for lifelong learning
