Overview
25+ years in BFSI with deep expertise in Banking, Insurance, and Mortgage & Lending domains. Own executive client relationships, portfolio P&L, and strategic growth across the Midwest. Drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives and delivery excellence. This role blends sales leadership with operational accountability for a portfolio of key accounts.
What You'll Do8
- 1Own a portfolio of BFSI accounts, managing P&L and driving revenue growth in the Midwest region.
- 2Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients in Banking, Insurance, and Mortgage & Lending sectors.
- 3Expand existing accounts by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities for digital transformation services.
- 4Acquire new logos by leading pursuits, proposals, and negotiations for large outsourcing engagements.
- 5Lead delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction on complex BFSI programs.
- 6Collaborate with solution architects to design and present innovative AI, cloud, and analytics solutions for clients.
- 7Drive quarterly business reviews, presenting performance metrics and strategic recommendations to client executives.
- 8Mentor and coach account managers and delivery leads to build a high-performing team.
Requirements8
- 125+ years in the BFSI industry, with specific focus on Banking, Insurance, and Mortgage & Lending.
- 2Proven track record of managing P&L for a portfolio of accounts, exceeding revenue targets.
- 3Demonstrated ability to acquire new logos and expand existing accounts in the Midwest region.
- 4Experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives for BFSI clients.
- 5Strong executive presence and communication skills, with ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- 6Deep understanding of BFSI regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- 7Experience with agile delivery models and modern technology stacks (e.g., cloud, AI, data analytics).
