- 1Receive Workers’ Compensation claim and confirm policy coverage
- 2Determine claim validity and compensability through investigation and documentation
- 3Establish reserves and authorize payments within authority limits
- 4Develop action plans with case manager and outcomes manager to reduce claim costs
- 5Coordinate early return-to-work efforts with relevant parties
- 6Manage subrogation and litigation processes
- 7Handle claim recoveries and report to excess carriers
- 8Communicate claim status with customers and claimants
- 9Follow state guidelines and participate in claims reviews
- 10Maintain professional customer relationships
- 11Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
