- 2Assists Claims Manager with recruitment and onboarding
- 3Ensures staff compliance with Workers’ Compensation laws
- 4Maintains team performance through training and evaluations
- 5Provides technical guidance on complex compensability issues
- 6Acts as liaison for client and employee claim resolutions
- 7Participates in customer claim reviews and presentations
- 8Travels overnight and attends meetings as needed
- 9Recommends merit-based actions subject to managerial approval
- 10Develops knowledge of claims practice for team members
- 11Utilizes Microsoft Office including Excel

- 8Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

- 10Minimum 5 years’ claims handling experience
- 11Current Workers’ Compensation license or certification
