- 2Provide leadership to a team of engineers and technical staff fostering growth and high performance

- 5Assist with managing budgets maintaining financial health of projects and office operations

Requirements8
- 112+ years of experience in land development design
- 2Active Utah PE license
- 3Proven experience in team leadership and staff management
- 4Track record of successfully managing land development projects from start to finish
- 5Strong business development skills with ability to win work and grow client relationships
- 6Proficiency in budgeting market forecasting and hiring
- 7Excellent communication and client management skills
- 8Ability to work independently and as part of a leadership team
