Senior Capture Manager KBR Solutions
Overview
The Senior Capture Manager leads development of captures and campaigns within the Readiness & Sustainment Solutions business unit. This role drives growth by researching opportunities and leading sales and technical teams to secure profitable revenue. It involves maintaining client relationships and thriving in environments managing full business development life cycles.
What You'll Do11
- 1Participate in development of marketing and business plans while overseeing business development budgets and forecasts
- 2Serve as liaison with internal KBR counterparts for cross-business unit opportunities
- 3Thrive managing full BD life-cycle processes across multiple simultaneous pursuits and proposals
- 4Develop plans for capturing customer requirements and leading solutioning sessions
- 5Coordinate meetings with customers and competitors to gather market insights
- 6Plan and participate in capture activities including competitive assessments and price-to-win strategies
- 7Prioritize sales and technical resources to achieve strategic business objectives
- 8Lead cross-functional teams to capture and win projects exceeding $200M
- 9Win opportunities in base operations facility O&M logistics and sustainment
- 10Execute campaigns with the Department of War and FedCiv programs
- 11Lead proposals and coordinate with executives and senior leadership
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience in Business Development supporting OCONUS base operations and logistics
- 2Customer engagement with Department of War or FedCiv programs
- 3Strong relationships with industry leaders demonstrating proven success
- 4Proven ability to lead teams capturing over $200M in projects
- 5Experience winning opportunities in base operations facility O&M logistics and sustainment
- 6Ability to operate in both CONUS and OCONUS environments
- 7Successful campaign execution with Department of War
- 8Cross-functional leadership skills for proposals sales and executives
- 9Active Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain
- 10Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma certification
- 11Bachelor’s degree required
