What You'll Do5
- 1Drive all aspects of major subcontract execution including cost schedule technical and quality performance ensuring full integration of subcontract work within the program
- 2Manage seamless integration of Subcontracts Engineering Quality Finance and Planning teams serving as primary point of contact between subcontractors and project management
- 3Oversee entire procurement cycle coordinating between technical team and suppliers across functional groups addressing critical time sensitive issues including proposal evaluations contract documentation and modifications
- 4Lead key supplier negotiations regarding cost terms and long term agreements controlling costs managing cost avoidance performing price analysis developing sourcing strategies and metrics scorecards for commodities
- 5Develop supplier performance measurement improvement initiatives implementing GR/IR strategies for timely payments and conduct ad hoc analysis as requested by upper management
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Master’s degree preferred with 15+ years procurement experience including 3-5 years management roles
- 3Minimum 5-7 years subcontracts management experience negotiating Master Service Agreements and complex Subcontract Agreements
- 4Proven expertise supporting IDIQ Cost Reimbursable and Fixed Price contracts
- 5US Government Contract Experience especially LOGCAP with strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations
