What You'll Do10
- 1Build and drive requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops, and JAD sessions to produce clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- 2Design and document business processes, use cases, and wireframes to inform solution design and SDLC activities
- 3Lead analysis of current state processes and define future state improvements with measurable outcomes
- 4Collaborate with product, QA, and development teams to ensure traceability from requirements to implementation
- 5Own scoping, impact analysis, and risk assessment for major initiatives
- 6Scale stakeholder engagement across multiple business units to maintain alignment with goals
- 7Debug and resolve ambiguities in requirements to reduce rework and project delays
- 8Drive adoption of standardized modeling and documentation artifacts across projects
- 9Deliver timely status updates and escalation communications to project governance
- 10Partner with clients and team to ensure solutions meet regulatory and compliance standards
Requirements10
- 1Senior Business Analyst with Prior State of TX experience is a MUST
- 25+ years of experience in business analysis within IT or healthcare domains
- 3Strong ability to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and wireframes
- 4Proven experience with SDLC methodologies and requirement management tools
- 5Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- 6Ability to work in a hybrid Austin, TX setting and coordinate with on site and remote teams
- 7Experience leading workshops, JAD sessions, and requirement elicitation efforts
- 8Proven track record of delivering clear documentation and process improvements
- 9Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in healthcare IT
- 10Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
