Senior Architect, Core Technology Infrastructure & Enterprise Platform
Overview
Own architecture vision for enterprise infrastructure services across CTI and partner teams. Lead design of resilient, scalable, secure platforms aligning with enterprise standards and long term strategy. Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and operations to deliver cost-effective technology solutions and modernization initiatives. This role engages early in strategic initiatives and influences decisions across the organization.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build the architectural vision for complex solutions and translate business priorities into a technology backlog
- 2Design and guide architecture roadmaps for Business, Application, Data, and Technology domains
- 3Clarify architecture and provide solution options to resolve impediments
- 4Lead design discussions and develop modular flexible architectures with proofs of concepts
- 5Educate teams on standardization, technology practices, and best practices to enable innovative solutions
- 6Oversee design and code reviews to ensure non-functional requirements are met
- 7Provide end-to-end technical leadership for complex initiatives and mitigate risks
- 8Serve as escalation point for critical production and implementation issues and drive cross-functional delivery
- 9Participate in operational reviews and strategic planning to improve reliability and performance
- 10Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, and Operations to establish standards and platform capabilities
Requirements10
- 110+ years experience providing end-to-end architecture for large-scale initiatives
- 2Experience leading infrastructure production support and ensuring operational stability
- 3Proven ability to lead teams through complex technical challenges and translate roadmaps into delivery plans
- 4Experience designing and deploying highly resilient, scalable, secure infrastructure platforms
- 5Experience with cloud environments including aws and azure and IaC with terraform
- 6Knowledge of relational and noSQL databases including Oracle, MongoDB, CockroachDB, PostgreSQL
- 7Experience with middleware and integration platforms such as Apache, JBoss, MuleSoft, Kafka, WebLogic
- 8Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- 9Experience with network solutions including load balancing, failover, and enterprise firewalls
- 10Understanding of enterprise data networking and distributed systems architecture
