What You'll Do9
- 1Design and build intelligent software platforms leveraging AI-assisted reasoning automation and workflow orchestration
- 2Develop self-service capabilities enabling teams to investigate issues implement recommendations and execute repeatable processes
- 3Integrate data and services across cloud platforms internal systems APIs and SaaS applications
- 4Create scalable backend services and APIs supporting complex business workflows and operational decision-making
- 5Lead architecture and implementation decisions for distributed systems workflow automation and data pipelines
- 6Build reliable systems with observability resiliency fault tolerance and operational excellence
- 7Partner with software engineers platform teams product partners and security stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
- 8Research prototype and apply emerging AI technologies to solve real-world business and engineering challenges
- 9Mentor engineers influence technical direction and elevate engineering best practices across the organization
Requirements12
- 17+ years of software engineering experience designing building and supporting production systems
- 2Strong Python development skills and experience building backend APIs and services using FastAPI or similar frameworks
- 3Experience with PostgreSQL data modeling ORM frameworks and scalable data processing systems
- 4Proven ability to design distributed service-oriented architectures including workflow orchestration asynchronous processing and resilient application design
- 5Strong problem-solving skills translating complex requirements into scalable technical solutions
- 6Cloud & Platform Engineering Experience building applications in AWS including EC2 ECS/Fargate Lambda RDS S3 IAM and CloudWatch
- 7Experience with Docker containerized application delivery and CI/CD pipelines
- 8Knowledge of automated testing deployment strategies infrastructure-as-code and modern DevOps practices
- 9Implementation of observability reliability and operational best practices for production systems
- 10Familiarity with cybersecurity risk management compliance or cloud security concepts
- 11Experience with React TypeScript and modern web application development
- 12Experience with data and analytics platforms such as Snowflake Databricks OpenSearch or Elasticsearch
