Senior Application Manager Markets Technology

Overview

Lead the operational excellence and delivery of the Investran platform for Aztec Fund Administration LLC. This role owns the platform within Markets Technology and drives stability scalability and continuous improvement. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams manage client onboarding and ensure compliance with audit controls. The position offers a hybrid flexible work environment in Radnor Philadelphia and provides opportunities to shape a market‑leading outsourced solution.

What You'll Do29

• 1Act as platform owner for Investran within Markets Technology ensuring operational health and continuous improvement
• 2Maintain and execute the Investran platform roadmap aligned to US delivery priorities
• 3Define and enforce platform standards for configuration documentation testing and release governance
• 4Own platform metrics such as availability incident trends SLAs and backlog health
• 5Lead Investran client onboarding and migration delivering predictable results across design build and production phases
• 6Support conceptual design of fund and deal structures collaborating with Operations to follow best practices
• 7Establish and maintain standard onboarding playbooks templates and delivery artefacts
• 8Lead delivery of configuration and enhancement initiatives including API initiatives and integrations
• 9Coordinate design and technical specifications with vendor teams and internal resources
• 10Act as senior escalation point for production issues coordinating P1P2 resolution and root cause analysis
• 11Drive process improvements to reduce incident recurrence and improve operational stability
• 12Ensure operational support processes are clear documented and adopted including runbooks and handover standards
• 13Maintain SOC 1 / ISAE‑aligned evidence retention and audit readiness
• 14Manage access controls user rights authorisation and periodic reviews
• 15Oversee change governance approvals segregation of environments and audit evidence
• 16Oversee delivery of standard and bespoke reporting outputs aligned with private equity requirements
• 17Coordinate training materials and user enablement supporting onboarding and best practice guidance
• 18Promote consistent ways of working across teams improving adoption and reducing informal knowledge gaps
• 19Build relationships with Operations Client Facing Teams and Markets Technology leadership
• 20Manage vendor relationships for operational support enhancements and roadmap alignment
• 21Lead and mentor a small team of analysts configuration specialists and coordinate third‑party resources
• 22Continuously identify emerging technologies to improve automation configuration optimisation and reporting
• 23Drive adoption of Markets Technology standards service metrics and KPIs aligned to the Target Operating Model
• 24Require deep experience with Investran in private equity fund accounting and onboarding workflows
• 25Understand US GAAP application in alternative asset management and fund administration contexts
• 26Have proven experience with platform integrations APIs data feeds and controlled release practices
• 27Demonstrate strong incident management and problem solving capability
• 28Possess stakeholder management and communication skills for client facing delivery governance
• 29Maintain strong internal and external communication interpersonal skills and relationship building abilities
