- 1Configure Airtable bases, fields, and automations to meet evolving business needs in the first 30 days.

- 3Develop and maintain a Airtable roadmap, prioritizing enhancements based on stakeholder feedback and metrics.
- 4Audit existing Airtable architecture, identifying bottlenecks and recommending Airtable best practices.
- 5Build complex Airtable formulas, rollups, and lookups to surface actionable insights for leadership.
- 6Automate repetitive workflows using Airtable Automations and Zapier, reducing manual data entry by 30%.
- 7Document Airtable schemas and processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and maintainability.
- 8Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into Airtable solutions.
Requirements7
- 15+ years of hands-on experience configuring Airtable in a production environment.
- 23+ years designing and managing Airtable integrations with REST APIs and webhooks.
- 3Proficiency in Airtable scripting blocks using JavaScript to extend functionality.
- 4Experience with data migration from Excel or Google Sheets to Airtable with zero data loss.
- 5Strong understanding of Airtable permissions, collaboration features, and interface designer.
