Senior Airtable Solutions Analyst
Overview
You will own configuration, optimization, and integration of internal business applications on Airtable. You will work with automations, interfaces, formulas, scripting, and integrations with enterprise systems. You will join a team supporting key workflows in a 12+ month engagement based in Glendale, CA or Orlando, FL. This role stands out for deep Airtable expertise and direct impact on operational efficiency.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and configure Airtable bases, including tables, fields, views, and linked records to support business processes.
- 2Design and implement Airtable automations to streamline repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort.
- 3Develop custom interfaces in Airtable for end users, ensuring intuitive navigation and data entry.
- 4Write formulas and scripts in JavaScript or Python within Airtable to handle complex data transformations.
- 5Integrate Airtable with enterprise systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slack using APIs or Zapier.
- 6Optimize existing Airtable bases for performance, data integrity, and scalability.
- 7Migrate data from spreadsheets or other tools into Airtable, ensuring clean and consistent records.
- 8Document base structure, automations, and integration workflows for team reference.
- 9Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users within Airtable environments.
Requirements8
- 15+ years of experience as a solutions analyst or developer with Airtable as a core tool.
- 2Expert level of proficiency in Airtable automations, interfaces, formulas, and scripting.
- 3Experience integrating Airtable with external APIs and tools like Salesforce or Slack.
- 4Strong programming skills in JavaScript or Python for Airtable custom scripts.
- 5Ability to design Airtable bases that handle complex data models with normalized relationships.
- 6Excellent problem-solving skills for debugging and optimizing Airtable workflows.
- 7Proven experience migrating data from legacy systems to Airtable.
