What You'll Do9
- 1Lead and manage NPI Software Project Management end to end ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- 2Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive project plans
- 3Drive regional expansion programs upgrade migrate existing install base for strategic customer pilot programs
- 4Provide technical expertise to resolve complex engineering challenges
- 5Collaborate with offering software deployment leaders to update NPI software scorecard with global regional breakdown
- 6Collaborate and handhold functional teams from Offering Engineering Marketing Deployment Operations for successful launch and customer adoption
- 7Drive roadmap realization through successful NPI execution managing early adopters with cross functions for value validation
- 8Mentor team members demonstrate strong leadership abilities
- 9Ensure compliance with quality management systems
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- 2Minimum of 6 years experience in advanced NPI Project management and NPI Product Development
- 3Expert knowledge of engineering principles and project management methodologies
- 4Proficiency in project management tools and software focusing on optimizing project delivery
- 5Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex engineering problems
- 6Minimum of 8 years experience in project engineering or related roles
- 7Passion for innovation and commitment to continuous improvement
- 8Experience with quality management systems and compliance standards
