What You'll Do11
- 1Serve as primary technical point of contact for assigned BGA and airline customers
- 2Troubleshoot and resolve complex avionics and mechanical issues across Honeywell systems
- 3Provide remote support phone email and on-site field service as needed
- 4Support AOG events and critical operational disruptions with urgency precision
- 5Diagnose issues related to Flight Management Systems autopilot displays EGPWS TCAS radar radios SATCOM L-Band KA-Band connectivity systems integrated avionics platforms Primus EPIC Primus APEX
- 6Lead issue resolution from identification through closure documenting in SFDC
- 7Escalate and coordinate complex technical issues across engineering and support teams
- 8Build strong long-term customer relationships through regular engagement and on-site visits
- 9Contribute to knowledge sharing continuous improvement and best practices across global support network
- 10Participate in customer reviews technical forums and cross-functional project teams
- 11Travel to customer sites up to 25%
Requirements11
- 17 or more years of hands-on experience troubleshooting avionics and/or mechanical systems on business commercial or military aircraft
- 25 or more years of customer-facing experience in technical support or field service
- 3High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 5FAA Airframe & Powerplant license or equivalent
- 6Experience supporting Business Aviation and/or Airline operations
- 7Knowledge of SATCOM and aircraft connectivity systems
- 8Familiarity with Salesforce Teamcenter NICE InContact
- 9Background in Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies
- 10Ability to operate independently in high-pressure time-critical environments
- 11Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
