What You'll Do11
- 1Manage QuickBooks Online including general ledger reconciliations and journal entries
- 2Ensure accurate month end and year end close processes
- 3Support transition to a future ERP system
- 4Prepare monthly financial statements and budget to actual reports
- 5Develop dashboards and board reports using advanced Excel
- 6Coordinate annual audit preparation and external auditor support
- 7Prepare investor compliance reports and maintain accurate submissions
- 8Maintain data integrity and improve reporting through financial modeling
- 9Utilize Excel to build analysis tools and improve reporting processes
- 10Support ERP implementation and system migration initiatives
- 11Lead development of annual organizational budget and variance analysis
Requirements10
- 15+ years building accounting systems with QuickBooks Online and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading finance teams in nonprofit settings
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified experience beneficial
- 5Python proficiency for data automation tasks
- 6Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- 7Strong knowledge of nonprofit financial regulations and CDFI requirements
- 8Experience with budgeting forecasting and audit support
- 9Excellent analytical skills with focus on internal controls
- 10Ability to collaborate in mission driven environment
