Overview

Senior Accountant will own general ledger accounting for the management company and support full accounting cycles across multi‑entity consolidation. You will collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations to ensure accurate reporting and process improvements. This role offers exposure to close, consolidation, and internal controls in a privacy‑mensitive, health‑tech environment. We seek a data‑driven professional who wants to contribute across finance functions and help scale operations.

What You'll Do5

  • 1Build general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and accruals to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • 2Contribute to multi‑entity consolidation including intercompany eliminations and reconciliations
  • 3Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense allocations
  • 4Support month‑end and year‑end close processes with timely and accurate reporting
  • 5Maintain bank reconciliations, monitor cash flows, and prepare schedules for external audits and tax filings

Requirements5

  • 14-6 years of corporate or management company accounting experience with audit background
  • 2Experience with multi‑entity consolidation and intercompany accounting
  • 3Proficiency in Business Central and advanced Excel skills
  • 4Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards
  • 5CPA preferred
