What You'll Do11
- 1Own revenue recognition accounting for service and equipment revenue across domestic and international operations
- 2Prepare record maintain supporting documentation for journal entries
- 3Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain accurate general ledger support
- 4Identify investigate resolve account reconciliation discrepancies in a timely manner
- 5Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and support financial reporting
- 6Support month-end and year-end close activities while meeting established deadlines
- 7Provide guidance and review support for less experienced team members
- 8Assist with internal and external audit requests
- 9Support accounting projects and ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
- 10Maintain compliance with internal control and SOX requirements
- 11Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
Requirements11
- 15+ years progressive accounting experience
- 2Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; Accounting preferred
- 3CPA or similar professional certification preferred
- 4Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Business Central experience is a plus
- 5Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls
- 6Ability to research and apply accounting guidance relevant to the business
- 7Intermediate Excel skills
- 8Effective verbal and written communication skills
- 9Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- 10Ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines
- 11Collaborative teamwork and independent work capability
