What You'll Do11
- 1Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting budgeting and scenario analysis
- 2Analyze quarterly and annual financial performance and identify trends
- 3Evaluate investment opportunities and provide financial recommendations
- 4Monitor KPIs and communicate financial insights to leadership
- 5Assist with the annual budgeting process and monitor budget performance
- 6Lead month-end and year-end close processes prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts
- 7Prepare timely financial statements ensure GAAP compliance and audit readiness
- 8Collaborate with Sales Marketing Operations to provide financial guidance
- 9Present financial results and recommendations to management
- 10Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- 11Mentor junior accounting staff and drive process improvements
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- 23-5+ years of experience in accounting financial analysis corporate finance or similar roles
- 3Strong understanding of GAAP and proficiency in Microsoft Excel QuickBooks SAP Oracle
- 4Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills
- 5Ability to work in-office Monday through Friday in Austin Texas
- 6High attention to detail and accuracy
- 7BPA or CFA certification preferred
- 8Experience with hard money lending or commercial real estate loans
- 9Familiarity with warehouse lending facilities and partnership tax filings
