Own the selections process for high-end kitchen, bath, and whole-home renovations at Las Vegas Remodel & Construction. Guide homeowners through finishes, fixtures, materials, and upgrades, ensuring confident decisions and smooth pre-construction workflows. Partner with sales, vendors, and project teams to keep projects on track. Support front-desk operations and maintain an inviting showroom. What You'll Do10
- 1Guide homeowners through product, finish, fixture, material, and upgrade selections.
- 2Serve as the primary client contact throughout the selections process, delivering responsive and friendly service.
- 3Provide design guidance and product recommendations based on client needs and project requirements.
- 4Coordinate project details with clients, sales reps, vendors, and internal teams following established Selections and Lead-to-Start processes.
- 5Create or assist with CAD drawings, visual selections, and selections pricing.
- 6Maintain accurate records of selections, product specs, pricing, materials, and change orders.
- 7Develop detailed material lists and assist with sourcing, pricing, ordering, and tracking.
- 8Monitor product availability, lead times, pricing changes, and design trends.
- 9Maintain showroom displays, samples, design tools, literature, and pricing info.
- 10Provide front-desk support and assist with incoming calls and visitors.
Requirements10
- 11+ years of experience in interior design, remodeling, construction coordination, or showroom sales.
- 2Strong customer service or client-facing experience.
- 3Design awareness and ability to help clients coordinate products, colors, finishes, and materials.
- 4Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- 5Comfortable working with product specs, pricing, material lists, and change orders.
- 6Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 8Professional, dependable, and personable when working with homeowners.
- 9Familiarity with CAD, 20/20, Chief Architect, or similar design software is a plus.
- 10Ability to work the required Tuesday-Saturday schedule.
