As a Part Time Unarmed Security Officer, you will safeguard clients across financial institutions and other facilities at a Boston site with a visible presence. You will monitor areas, deter incidents, and respond to security concerns with professionalism. What You'll Do5
- 1Build a routine of regular and random unarmed patrols of interior, exterior, parking, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized access
- 2Monitor access points and visitor activity and verify authorized entry according to site procedures
- 3Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner following escalation and reporting protocols
- 4Document accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications while maintaining professional presence
- 5Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients in alignment with site policies
Requirements8
- 1At least one year of security related experience
- 2High school diploma or GED
- 3Be at least 21 years of age for this role
- 4CPR certification preferred
- 5Customer service experience preferred
- 6Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
- 7Background check in accordance with laws, and drug screen as permitted by law
- 8Valid driver's license required for driving positions only
