Security Officer Pharma Site
Overview
You will safeguard a pharmaceutical site in Lexington, MA, working part-time weekends from 3 PM to 11 PM. You will monitor access points, conduct unarmed patrols, and respond to incidents, ensuring a secure environment for employees, visitors, and contractors. What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while enforcing site-specific security procedures.
- 2Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions.
- 3Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization per site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation.
- 4Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
- 5Communicate professionally with site contacts, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents and observations.
Requirements8
- 1Valid driver's license as per Allied Universal policy.
- 2CPR certification preferred.
- 3Customer service experience preferred.
- 4Access control and badge experience preferred.
- 518 years or older for unarmed roles.
- 6High school diploma or equivalent.
- 7Pass background investigation per federal, state, and local laws.
- 8Pass drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
