What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a healthcare research and pharmaceutical location following security procedures and site protocols
- 2Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns with calm problem-solving skills
- 3Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, laboratories, parking areas, and perimeter locations
- 4Monitor access points and visitor activity verifying credentials as directed
- 5Document patrol observations, incidents, and unusual conditions according to reporting procedures
Requirements9
- 1Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred
- 2Possession of a guard card or license preferred
- 3Customer service experience preferred
- 4Access control or badge experience preferred
- 5CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred
- 6Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles and 21 for armed roles
- 7High school diploma or equivalent required
- 8Background investigation mandatory
- 9Drug screen required where legally permissible
