What You'll Do6
- 1Conduct regular patrols of facility buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
- 2Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials using access control procedures.
- 3Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, notifying appropriate contacts or emergency responders.
- 4Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel at the healthcare location.
- 5Prepare clear reports and maintain activity logs for patrol findings and incidents.
- 6Support emergency response activities as directed.
Requirements7
- 1Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles.
- 2Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 3Have customer service experience preferred.
- 4Experience with access control and badges preferred.
- 5CPR certification preferred.
- 6Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
- 7Pass a background investigation and drug screen.
